These terms apply to your use of the Bezelwright website and to purchases made through it. The store is operated by Caventra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy.

Who we are

Bezelwright (BW) is an independent customizer. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. G-SHOCK, Baby-G and Casio are trademarks of Casio Computer Co., Ltd., used here only to describe the base models our pieces are built on or fit.

Products

• Our watches are customized pieces built on G-SHOCK base models, and each listing names the base model.
• We show colors as accurately as we can, but your screen may show them a little differently.
• Specifications we list for a base model, such as size, weight and water resistance, are Casio's figures for the stock watch. Customization can change weight and can affect water resistance, so ask us about a specific piece before you swim with it.
• Bezels are aftermarket parts and aren't made by Casio. The watch, strap and installation aren't included unless the listing says so.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars; checkout may offer your total in Canadian dollars. Any U.S. sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. We don't collect Canadian duties or taxes at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds and we email your confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, if a price or description contains an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.
• To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best before it ships; after that, our refund policy applies.

Shipping and returns

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada; for orders shipped to Canada, the buyer pays any Canadian duties and taxes on delivery. Shipping times, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Reviews and photos you share

If you send us a review or a photo and agree that we may feature it, you give us permission to show it on our site with the name and location you choose, and you confirm that it's yours to share. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no collecting data from it in a way that disrupts it, and no unlawful use. The photos, text and design on this site belong to us or our licensors; please don't copy them without permission.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Except for what we promise in these terms and our policies, and to the extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't apply where the law doesn't permit such limits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the state where you live.
