Privacy policy

Last updated October 27, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information Caventra LLC ("we", "us"), which runs the Bezelwright online store, collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our emails and the orders placed through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Orders: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you enter one at checkout) and what you bought. You enter payment details on Stripe's secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: when you contact us, your name, email address and message, plus an order number or wrist size if you add them.
  • Email sign-up: your email address and when you joined.
  • Reviews and photos: if you send us a review or a wrist photo and agree to let us feature it, the name, location and photo you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

  • Site speed and errors: our own measurements of how fast pages load (the measurement and the type of page) and, when something on our site fails, a technical error report. An error report contains what went wrong in our code and where, the page address without anything after the "?", the last few pages you opened on our site in that tab and whether your connection dropped, your browser, operating system and type of device, your screen size, your approximate country (looked up from your IP address, which we don't store), how many items are in your bag (not which ones) and a random ID for that browser tab. We also count visits to pages that don't exist, together with the page on our site or the website that linked to them, so we can fix broken links. Error reports don't use cookies, account IDs or advertising identifiers, and we use them only to find and fix problems. We delete individual error reports after 30 days and keep only summaries, such as how often an error happened and on which pages.
  • Visits from AI assistants: if you arrive from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, we count the source and the page you landed on, without identifying you.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

On your device

Your bag, wishlist, recently viewed pieces and settings (such as paused animations or your privacy choice) are saved in your browser's local storage so they're still there when you come back. They stay on your device; your bag's contents are sent to us only when you check out. If an error happens, your browser's session storage keeps a random ID used only for error reports. It changes after 30 minutes without an error and at least once a day, and it's deleted when you close the tab.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site. If you use the switch on Your privacy choices, we set one first-party cookie (bw_optout) to remember it. Stripe's checkout page is operated by Stripe and uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe's privacy policy.

If we add an analytics provider in the future, we'll update this policy before turning it on, and it will never load in a browser that has opted out or sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails
  • To answer your messages and help with fit and returns
  • To send marketing emails if you signed up (every one has an unsubscribe link)
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure
  • To fix errors and make the site faster
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store, who process it on our behalf:

  • Stripe: payments and checkout
  • Resend: sending order, shipping and marketing emails
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Turso: the database that holds orders, messages, sign-ups and error reports (customer details on orders are stored encrypted)
  • Cloudflare and Google (Gmail): routing and receiving email sent to our support address
  • Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx: delivering your order

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our customers, ourselves or others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Your choices and rights

  • Marketing emails: unsubscribe with the link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Opting out of sale or sharing: we don't sell or share personal information, but you can still record an opt-out on Your privacy choices. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out for that browser.
  • Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it and to ask us to delete it. Email info@gshock.ai with the subject "Privacy request". We'll confirm the request through the email address on your order or message and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal our decision by replying to our response.
  • No discrimination: we won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we don't track you across websites, nothing changes in response to it; we do honor GPC as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

Customer details on orders are stored encrypted, payment details stay with Stripe, and our admin tools require passkey sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where your information is processed

Our store and our service providers operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you on the site or by email.
