In-stock orders placed before 6 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day from Los Angeles; later orders ship the next business day. Standard restock items dispatch within 2–3 weeks of ordering unless the product page states otherwise. Blue Paint and Blue Animated are currently restocking, with an estimated dispatch of 4–5 weeks. After dispatch, allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States, or 6–10 business days to Canada (customs can add time). Carrier delays can affect these estimates.

Yes, within the United States: standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Shipping to Canada is a flat $35 per order.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping to Canada is a flat $35 per order with USPS Priority Mail International, tracked, and usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch; customs can add time. Canadian duties and taxes aren't included and we don't collect them at checkout: Canada charges GST/HST, any provincial sales tax and any duty on goods imported by mail that are valued over CAD 20, and Canada Post collects them from you, online before delivery or when the package arrives, along with its handling fee. Prices are in U.S. dollars; checkout may offer your total in Canadian dollars. Choose Canada under “Ship to” in your bag before checkout. We don't ship to other countries at this time.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible, unworn items in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Sale items and pieces made or personalized to your request can't be returned. If a piece arrives defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right, return shipping included. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and share return instructions. The same applies to orders shipped to Canada; Canadian duties, taxes and carrier fees paid on import aren't refunded by us.

No. Bezelwright is an independent customizer and is not affiliated with Casio. Our watches are custom styles built on or inspired by G-SHOCK base models, and our bezels are aftermarket accessories. G-SHOCK is a trademark of Casio Computer Co., Ltd.

Each bezel is designed for a specific base model — GA-2100, DW-5600 or GW-6900 — and the compatible model is listed on every product page. Verify your watch's exact model number on the case back before ordering. Bezels are sold separately; the watch, strap and installation are not included.

Every pavé and moissanite bezel is set with VVS moissanite, a lab-created gemstone with more fire than diamond and a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale (harder than sapphire). Finishes are silver-tone, gold-tone or rose gold-tone, depending on the listing.
